Sartoria’s elegant bar counts among the best-kept secrets of Mayfair’s eating and drinking cognoscenti. It’s a beautiful place to stop for a quick espresso, light lunch or classic Negroni. Sartoria’s bartenders know Italian “aperitivo” culture inside out and pride themselves on mixing some of the best classic and contemporary cocktails in town. Offerings include a Savile Row Sling, Negroni, Tom Collins and a Lychee Martini.

Head chef Lukas Pfaff has designed fresh and simple dishes which are swiftly prepared to be enjoyed without fuss between 12pm and 9pm Monday-Friday. Head Sommelier Michael Simms has also introduced a variety of wines by the glass and carafe to accompany the dishes.

Each month, Lukas and Michael will match a different dish on the menu with a glass of wine, at a set price. For March, we will be offering spinach & ricotta cannelloni with a glass of 2011 Merlot Soliti for just £10.

During “aperitvo hour” the bar transforms into a little Milanese outpost as a chic crowd descends between 5.30pm and 7pm, Monday to Saturday, when complementary “stuzzichini” are offered with an aperitif.
