Sartoria is on a gastronomic journey around Italy, exploring traditional authentic dishes from each region. In May we are focusing on Basilicata. Head chef Lukas Pfaff has created a mouth-watering menu which includes dishes such as alici arraganate, grattinated anchovies with herbs and garlic and angello patate e lampascioni, slow cooked lamb with potatoes and sweet & sour button onions. Delicious!
