Respected Head Sommelier at Sartoria, Michael Simms is holding his seventh dinner party of the year on Monday 15th June starting at 7.00pm.

Michael, one of London’s most experienced sommeliers, has meticulously selected six very interesting wines  made with Sangiovese grape from both Italy and California to pair with Head Chef Lukas Pfaff’s 3 course menu to celebrate the D&D California wine campaign – Art of the State.

Revealing some of his secrets about wine and food pairings in his own inimitable style, Michael will host the dinner and what promises to be a wonderfully entertaining evening.
