Are you a fan of our resident mixologist Simone Caporale or an aspiring cocktail maker? Then make sure you are free on Monday, the 10th of April at 7pm. Simone, one of the world’s most respected bartenders, will be our Master of Mixology teaching you how to make the perfect Vermouth and Aperitivo cocktails.
The cocktails will be perfectly complemented by cicchetti (small plates) specially made from Chef Patron Farncesco Mazzei, including delicious dishes such as Courgette croquettes, Aubergine croquettes, deep fried calamari and zucchini fritti.
You will enjoy 2 cocktails, 4 Vermouth samples and 3 cicchettis at £55 per person.
