Our bar team have teamed up with renowned Italian bartender Simone Caporale to create a selection of cocktails that are sure to get you in the festive spirit.
Try Simone’s “Intermezzo” (Grappa Moscato, Disaronno, lemon juice, sugar syrup) the perfect end to your meal, or start the evening with Simone’s Spumoni cocktail (Campari, Disaronno, pink grapefruit juice, tonic water)
Plus enjoy a special new creation from Chef Patron Francesco Mazzei, ‘The Mazzei Velvet’, Disaronno Velvet, Vecchia Romagna, orange juice, ginger, pumpkin, cinnamon, bergamot zest Served with fried sage leaves.
