On Friday 4th October, Sartoria’s Libare Bar will welcome mixologists Kris Du from Speak Low, Shanghai and Dario Schiavoni from Bvlgari Hotel, Beijing to show us some of their classic cocktails as well as some specials for the night.

Kris starts his career at ‘Speak Low’, a worldwide famous bar locates in Shanghai. Speak low is ranked top 3 at Asia’s 50 Best Bars Award and ranked top 20 at World’s 50 Best Bars Award throughout for the last 3 years. Speak Low merged New York and traditional Japanese style together and creates a whole new experience to customer. Meanwhile, Kris’s bar tending style contains the wildness and creativeness from America and also the tenderness and carefulness from Japan.

Whilst Dario’s cocktail follow an Italian theme with Chinese influence form the time he has been living there. Both our guests are able to create memorable experiences for each of guest and we look forward to welcoming you to try these on the night
