Our adored chef Francesco Mazzei will be the first chef in a series at Whole Foods Kensington! Beloved recipes from his cook book Mezzogiorno will be freshly prepared at the Whole Food counters.
The dishes will include a mouth-watering Tonno e finocchio Al Forno (Baked Fennel & Tuna), a delicious Provatura Fave e Piselli (Sausage Chorizo) and finally a scrumptious Agghiotta di Pesce Spada (Oven-Baked Swordfish).
10% of the proceeds from each dish will go to the Felix project, a charity that works with food suppliers and charities to reduce food waste and food poverty..
