Respected Head Sommelier at Sartoria, Michael Simms is holding his third dinner party of the year on Monday 2nd March starting at 7.00pm.

Michael, one of London’s most experienced sommeliers, has meticulously selected six very interesting wines from the Langhe region to pair with Head Chef Lukas Pfaff’s 3 course menu taking inspiration from one of his favourite films ‘Barolo Boys: The Story of  a Revolution’ to celebrate the D&D Love Wine & Film festival.

Revealing some of his secrets about wine and food pairings in his own inimitable style, Michael will host the dinner and what promises to be a wonderfully entertaining evening.
