Respected Head Sommelier at Sartoria, Michael Simms is holding his sixth dinner party of the year on Monday 3rd November starting at 7.00pm.

Michael, one of London’s most experienced sommeliers, has meticulously selected six very interesting wines to pair with Head Chef Lukas Pfaff’s 3 course menu for the evening.

Revealing some of his secrets about wine and food pairings in his own inimitable style, Michael will host the dinner and what promises to be a wonderfully entertaining evening.
