Respected Head Sommelier at Sartoria, Michael Simms is holding his fifth dinner party of the year on Monday 6th October, in a celebration of the new season.
Michael, one of London’s most experienced sommeliers, has meticulously selected six very interesting wines to pair with Head Chef Lukas Pfaff’s 3 course menu for the evening.
Revealing some of his secrets about wine and food pairings in his own inimitable style, Michael will host the dinner and what promises to be a wonderfully entertaining evening.
