Throughout November head chef Lukas Pfaff will create a special sharing dish of Cornish baked John Dory with spiky artichokes and camone tomatoes, in aid of Slow Food UK to support Slow Fish, an international campaign that promotes small-scaled fishermen and the consumption of local, sustainably sourced fish.
Join us for lunch and dinner and for every dish ordered, 1£ of the total bill will be donated to the non-for profit, grassroots organisation – with supporters in 150 countries around the world – who are linking the pleasure of good food with a commitment to their community and the environment.
