Award winning Sartoria Head Sommelier, Michael Simms is holding his fourth dinner party of the year on Monday 1st September, showing how the sophisticated and authentic Italian cuisine at Sartoria can match with outstanding wines.
Michael, who is one of London’s most experienced sommeliers, has meticulously selected six very interesting wines to pair with Head Chef Lukas Pfaff’s 3 course menu for the evening.
Revealing some of his secrets about wine and food pairings in his own inimitable style, Michael will host the dinner and what promises to be a wonderfully entertaining evening.
