The Telegraph Online has included Sartoria  in a roundup of the best London restaurants this season in where to enjoy white truffle.

Truffle season – running from the end of October to early January – is agreeably one of most people’s favourite culinary time of the year and Sartoria is proud to have created some exquisite dishes this autumn which show off the white alba truffle to it’s best ability.

They comment that “legendary French gourmet Jean Anthelme Brillat-Savarin called white truffles ‘the diamonds of the kitchen’” and that “chefs love the the fact that white truffle is one of the few wild and genuinely seasonal ingredients left in their repertoire” including Sartoria’s, Francesco Mazzei.
