The Times Online has included Sartoria in a fantastic article stating why this season may be the best ever for truffles, and mentioning Francesco’s truffle menu at Sartoria as particularly notable.

The temperate weather conditions this year across the northern regions of Italy- means a bountiful yield of truffle and it means two things,  “it promises to be one of the best ever for the elusive fungus” and that, of course, “means lower prices for all.”

So there’s no excuse not to be ordering truffle this year!
